YES!! I saw this got deleted on Bandcamp, and I decided that I just had to post this. 50 tracks!! Some old, some new - all of them dope as fuck. Great beats with a Japanese-vibe to it, nice flow and rhymes, chill at times and raw as sushi other times. It seems he's a bit of a recluse though - such a shame; this dude needs to be heard by more people.

Good-ass Rap + Beats based on old Nintendo games / 8-Bit Beats = Instant Love. I've seen this get labeled "Nerdcore" a lot, I guess it's rapping with videogame topics and 8-bit beats (kinda like Powder)? This dude does everything himself; the rapping, the scratching and the producing and he's also CEO of his own label aptly called Triple Threat Records. He's actually been around for about 10 years and I'm very sorry that I barely just heard of this dude. A master of his craft, this album is just beautiful, old-school sounding, jazzy, soulful, conceptual, very lyrical hip-hop. A masterpiece really.

I, personally, consider Murs a legend in hip-hop, even though he's pretty unknown to many and when you mix that with one of the best producers in hip hop 9th Wonder, you get a classic album. No profanity whatsoever, no pimping, killing, getting money, fucking every day crap, just Murs rapping about real stuff and 9th laying the beats down. So underrated man...
