Insane Tech. Deathcore right here, tons of shredding and groovy-ness. This shit sometimes gets simply gets out of control and makes my head lose all sense of direction. Also, check his new Instrumental album on his Bandcamp (which is free too).

Shreddy, nice symphonic synths and nice amounts of blast beats. This would be super awesome, but to be honest, the vocals get to me. Not saying I hate them completely, it's just they could be way better (I told this previoulsy to the band member that requested this, he assured me on the next album they're gonna get better and there's gonna be more use of Synths (Mega Bonus!!)). Anyways, tons of potential here and I'm looking forward for the next album.

Another fantastic EP from 2011, I actually listened to these guys just recently. Perfect drumming (typical tech death drumming), fast chuggy guitar riffing with noodlies here and there, the bass doing his thing somewhere and the vocals are... well you know what to expect from this type of stuff, although he does these highs that tickles me in the right places. If it helps, they are from France which is another country with a very very very flourishing metal scene.

Oh yes, another personal favorite of mine of this "Tech Death(core)" type of stuff. At times, it gives me a "Brain Drill gone Deathcore" type of vibe, but these guys actually aren't technical for the sake of being technical - they can actually write songs! Wow! Wanky guitars, fast metronome drumming and that bass tone is perfect. Unfortunately though, this is ANOTHER band that broke up too soon.

The Last Felony - Too Many Humans

Genre: Technical Death Metal / Deathcore
From: Montreal, Quebec (Canada)
Year: 2010
Quality: 320 Kbps

Track List

1. We Are Future Housing Developments For Maggots
2. Too Many Humans
3. No One Would Notice If You Died
4. Do Not Defend Me
5. Quandary
6. Most Unclean
7. Overrated Existence
8. Televisionary (He Hung Himself In A Public Bathroom Part 1)
9. Water Cooler Suicide (He Hung Himself In A Public Bathroom Part 2)
10. A Cathedral Of Flesh And Fluids (Bonus Track)

Underrated stuff, Canadiancore at its finest. I LOOOOOVE this type of "death metal borderline deathcore" type of stuff and especially if it's Technical, and I feel these guys do a great job playing that style. And another thing I like from this album is (I think I'm the only one who hears it) but there is an evil atmosphere to this album, the guitars at times just sound plain evil and that's always a big plus for me.

Hiroshima Will Burn - To The Weight Of All Things

Genre: Technical Death Metal / Deathcore
From: Melbourne, Australia
Year: 2009
Quality: 320 Kbps
Track List

1. Methodical Disfigurement
2. In Voluptate Mors
3. Enigmatic Consumption
4. Laberinto
5. Martyrium
6. Defilement
7. Ad Pondus Omnium
8. The Black Death

I've said it before and I'll say it again; this is definitely one of my favorite "Tech Death" albums ever. Nothing groundbreaking, but it is done so fucking well. Full of noodlies without sounding like a blatant Brain Drill rip-off , groovy parts, breakdowns and soloes; it's just everything I ask for. Unfortunately, this is yet another band that broke up way too soon... oh well.

Another one of those awesome EP's. I think 2011 was a great year (one of the best in my opinion) in terms of EP's released. Technical goodness with a side of Prog, my kind of dish.

Their first effort, I enjoyed this one more than their second album. It's longer but it doesn't overstays its welcome, less djeneric, heavier; just better overall (in my opinion). Still check out both, I love em both and I'm sure we're gonna see more from these guys soon.

Fractals - Corridors

Genre: Progressive Deathcore / Technical / Experimental
From: United Kingdom
Year: Dec 2011
Quality: 320 Kbps
Facebook

Track List

1. Corridors
2. Destroy Yourself With Contradictions
3. (Re)Emerge
4. Insomniac

Again, amazing album cover art. Anyways, these guys have released 2 (free) albums on 2011 and both rule. This (for me) it's a bit more generic than their earlier effort (which I should post soon) and way shorter but still manages to float over the djeneric-ness plaguing this genre.

Easily my EP of the year. I strongly recommend checking first the orginal version (with vocals) cuz the dude is a fucking monster. But also check the instrumental version. People say they take a lot of influence from The Contornionist and The Faceless, but I honestly don't hear them , only the vocoder stuff from Faceless and the spacy vibe. It`s super heavy, but technical , not wanky though and some of the stuff they do will make you go "WTF is this shit? o.O" in a good way. And don`t even get me started on the breakdowns...Just get it.
